1. Digital Files
All sales of digital files are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any digital products purchased through our platform. If you experience any issues with your digital files, please contact us immediately at Info@IamMarkByrd.com.

 We are committed to assisting you and will address any technical issues promptly.

2. Apparel and Merchandise
All sales of apparel and merchandise are considered final unless the matter is fully investigated and deemed eligible for a return or exchange. If you encounter an issue with any apparel or merchandise item, you must email us at Info@IamMarkByrd.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to determine whether your item qualifies for a return or exchange.

3. Timeframe for Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances. We reserve the right to not issue a refund/return based on the circumstances presented.

4. Additional Terms

• Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and shipped.
• We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
